We are currently hiring for a Data Analytics Manager to lead and work with a team who will be working across various data sources and datasets to help the business with informed decision making across the business.

You will be joining the Product Management team and be responsible for managing data initiatives across the business for our client who are a blue-chip global electronics business and a recognised leader in their industry. This role demands a mix of technical skills, business analytics and roadmap management as well as people management and leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team to deliver key data analytics KPI’s for the business
• Be responsible for setting up new systems and processes to make business’ data analytics initiatives more efficient
• Using data from multiple sources, you will analyse, interpret and track data to make recommendations to the business for growth and revenue building strategies
• Be proactive in finding key insights across analytics to provide detailed presentations to key partners across various departments
• Develop business capacity to predict behaviour and performance by utilising AI and ML methods
• Prototype new data processing projects to gain new insights into user behaviour
• Build and manage positive working relationships with colleagues and partners within the business and be able to provide constructive feedback when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a data analytics and insights capacity in a lead/managerial role
• Knowledge of how using data across a business to inform key decision-making and driving value
• Good working knowledge of SQL and ETL methods
• Knowledge of advanced spreadsheets and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Effect organisational and planning skills, being able to manage multiple initiatives at once, prioritising tasks effectively depending on need and timescale
• Performance driven – Strong motivation to lead professional and thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect, organise and analyse large amounts of data with great attention to detail and high accuracy
